Q. When does the billing for our limousine services start and stop?A. Charges are accrued beginning at the pick-up time you have scheduled and ending at the final drop-off (in some cases driving time applies).
Q. Will the chauffeur be on time?A. Our chauffeurs are always scheduled to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. This way if they encounter any traffic delays, they will be on location for your scheduled pick up time.
Q. How do I know when my chauffeur has arrived?A. The chauffeur will ring your doorbell or knock. Requests can be made to either text or call when the chauffeur is on location.
Q. What is the alcohol policy in the limousine?A. Clients of legal drinking age (21 yrs old in MO.) are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. All of our stretch limousines include glassware and ice service.
Q. Is smoking permitted in the limousine?A. Smoking is prohibited in all of our limousines. The Clean Indoor Air Act (CIAA) prohibits smoking in a public place, and the Act's definition of public place includes limousines. Motor carriers found to have violated the CIAA may be fined up to $1,000.00.
Q. How old do I have to be to reserve a limousine?A. At least 21 years of age.
Q. Is the chauffeur tip included?A. Elite Limousine Service adds 15% gratuity for your chauffeur. You are welcome to add more.
Q. What is included in your rates?A. Most companies will charge you extra for stops, mileage and fuel. At Elite Limousine Service, our hourly rates are always all-inclusive and we never charge for fuel, stops or mileage.
Q. What do your chauffeurs wear?A. Our chauffeurs are immaculately presented in traditional uniform. They will greet you in a black suit, white shirt and a smile :)
Q. What is your service area?A. Our primary service area is St. Louis MO, St. Charles County MO, Franklin County MO, Jefferson County MO. We can also provide ground transportation at other locations upon request. Call our Reservations Department at 636.938.4994 for details and a rate quote.
Q. Do I have to pay with the credit card provided during the original reservation? A. No, the credit card taken during your original reservation is just to hold your reservation with a Pre-authorization. You can use any other credit card, debit card or cash at the time your trip takes place.
Q. What is your privacy policy?A. At Elite Limousine, we respect your right to privacy and handle your personal information with care. We will use your information only to confirm your reservation and/or for questions regarding your service experience. With your permission, we may also contact you regarding Elite limousine news, specials, and promotions. We will never sell your information to anyone.
Q. Do you provide child safety seats?A. We do not provide child safety seats. However, all of our vehicles are properly equipped with standard seat belts. You are welcome to bring your own child safety seats
Q. Are you closed holidays?A. No. As the premier limousine service provider in West St Louis County, we offer limousine service 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Q. What is your cancellation policy? A. Cancelations received 15 days or more prior to the date of service will be charged 50% of the contracted amount to the credit card on file: however, cancellations received fourteen days or less prior to the date of service will be charged the entire balance contracted to credit card on file. ( No exceptions )
Q. How many people will fit in a limo?A. Our largest limousine holds 14 passengers maximum. Call for information 636-938-4994
Q. What are your Rates?A. Call us, 636.938.4994 we would be more then happy to give you a exact quote. We will need to know how many passengers are in your group / the date of service / the time frame you will need or a estimate / and the first pickup area and finale destination area or a estimate? ( 'Please note' ALL limousine companys will need to know this information to give you a exact quote )
Q. How soon in advance should I reserve a limousine?A. It is best to reserve your limousine as soon as possible so we can lock in your specific limo, date and time.
Q. Is there a minimum of service hours required?A. We do require a minimum during certain dates and times. We have made exceptions to the minimum if the service time needed is morning or if we can fit your service between other limo services. It is best to just give us a call and see if we can put something together for you.
Q. Do you offer pick up and drop off at multiple locations?A. Yes. When the limousine is in service the chauffer can be directed to as many locations as needed. It is always a good idea to provide as many details as possible when making the reservations so on the date of your service the chauffeur can map out/GPS and ensure limousine access to all locations.
Q. Can I extend time during service if previously unscheduled?A. Yes, you can extend your limousine service at the original rate contracted per hour so long as it doesn't interfere with another reservation after yours or extend past 2:00AM. Ask your Chauffeur if overtime is available.
Q. Will I get a written service contract?A. Yes, once you have made your reservation you will receive a written service contract with all details spelled out, including which vehicle you have reserved, pickup and drop-off times, locations of destinations, and any other pertinent information for your limousine service.
Q. What is your office hours?A. Monday-Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm
Q. Does your company supply alcoholic beverages?A. No, it is illegale for a limousine company to supply alcoholic beverages in the state of MO. We do however supply bottled water, ice, cocktail glasses and champagne flutes in every limousine trip!
Q. Can I reserve a limo for my kids?A. Yes, we do a variety of special occasions with kids. We ask for an adult chaperone to ride in the back of the limousine with them if they are under the age of 13.
Q. We have 15 people in our party, can we squeeze into a 14 passenger limousine?A. Our Commercial Limousine Insurance covers up to the amount of passengers the limousine can carry legally, and we will not allow more than that, it is for your own safety.
Q. Who should I call once the limo service begins and we are dropped off at the restaurant?A. At the time of the pickup, the chauffeur will introduce himself and give you a business card with his personal cell phone number. Please keep that card during the service, and call your chauffeur directly when you are ready to be picked up.
Q. Can we bring coolers & eat in the limousine?A. You can bring small plastic coolers, large coolers get in the way. You can bring beverages. Eating is not allowed in any Elite limousines. Limo companys that allow eating have stinky limos :(
Q. Can we bring our own music?A. Most definitely! Please do. All vehicles are equipped with CD players and AUX hookups. We have Aux cords for Droid and Iphone. We recommend you bring your favorite tunes to enhance your experience.
Q. We are having a 21st birthday and want a friendly driver, can you guarantee this to happen?A. Our chauffeurs are the friendliest in and around the St. Louis Metropolitan area! We often get calls on how wonderful, polite and professional our chauffeurs have been. We want you to have a good time and enjoy your limo service!
Q. Are you properly licensed and insured? A. Yes, we are licensed by the state of Missouri and commercially insured.
Q. How do I reserve a limo?A. Once you know the date/time of your special event and the size of your party, please give us a call. We will make your reservation over the phone. We will preauthorize your credit or debit card for the amount of the reservation. This is only a hold and not a charge. You can pay your chauffeur with credit card, debit card or cash at the time of pickup.

I was in St Louis with my wife for my 40th birthday. I was all set to book with another company when I decided to check reviews on limo services. I changed my mind last minute to book with Elite Limousine based on the reviews, and I am so glad I did!I I had the limo for almost 11 hours. I requested a white limo, and was offered a white Yukon Denali limo as an upgrade.
