I was in St Louis with my wife for my 40th birthday. I was all set to book with another company when I decided to check reviews on limo services. I changed my mind last minute to book with Elite Limousine based on the reviews, and I am so glad I did!I I had the limo for almost 11 hours. I requested a white limo, and was offered a white Yukon Denali limo as an upgrade. My request was to have a tour of St Louis including the "Hill", Central West End, St Charles Mo and then off to dinner later in the evening.

Cannot tell you how wonderful they were to work with. I was planning out a 16th Birthday party for my brother and his friends. And needed an early pickup with a billion stops. They were able to give me a lower price than anyone else was and were super helpful and made everything happen that I asked. They even brought a red carpet for the birthday boy! Our driver Jim was really nice and put up with all the noise and drama well (think 14 teenagers with way too loud crappy music). Even went out of his way to find one of the guys a bathroom. I gotta say the next limo party I will definitely be using Elite limo again!

This is by far the best limo service in St Louis County. After using so many different limo companies over the years, this one truly stands out. I book a limo every year for an Awards show and I think I've finally found the one company I am going to stick with forever.
I have to mention Jim who was a joy to work with. He responded to all my email questions in a prompt manner, explained everything nicely and was very friendly. I will always ask for him for any future bookings.
When the day came for the limo to pick us up, our driver Edvin called me 30 minutes before to tell me his estimated time of arrival (no other company I've worked with has ever done that before). What a nice service. He was very patient and took pictures with several different cameras of us in front of the limo while having a smile on his face.
The whole limo experience from booking to the moment he dropped us off, was pleasant and without any stress. That's how it should be!

Excellent customer service DOES exist! Arranging the limousine service last minute (day of) was very easy and convenient. Our limo driver, Edvin, was amazing! He was very friendly, reliable and an overall nice guy. I was very impressed with him and would definitely recommend Elite Limo and Edvin as a driver. The rate was $310 on a Friday night for 3 hours and this included everything ( gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages) for an 10 person white stretch limo...surprising the birthday boy with classy transportation = priceless!

No reason to look further -USE ELITE LIMOUSINE. From the reservationists who make your event a dream to limo and driver -perfect. I wish all my work on this event was as easy to work with as Elite Limousine. I just used them for a crew of ten nine year olds to take them to a venue a ways out for a birthday party. Everything went without a hitch and the limousine and driver were impeccable. You never know about limo services because it can be a bit shady and scary. These company was a breath of fresh air and I will only use them in the future for business and personal use A+

Truly wine tour specialist! When I was planning my trip to Augusta Mo with my 3 closest friends, I found Elite Limousine Service which exceeded my expectations. My friends and I booked a wine tour in for Augusta and it was great! We hired SUV Cadillac Escalade and it turned out to be best limo for Augusta wine tasting. We were able to get around quickly from one winery to another in style and comfort. I used to live in Paris and wine tasting is something I love. I would recommend Elite Limo to anyone who wants to tour Augusta or St Genevieve wine country in a luxury limo. Driver was so friendly that he made our wine tasting even more fun! Thanks

Jim, I wanted to thank you for fulfilling your commitments hence making my wife's 40th birthday not only a surprise but a success. Choosing a limo service in Saint Louis was not an easy task, I found there are many limo services and price is not & should not be the only factor. As a result I made many phone calls as well as visits to several limo rental companies. I needed to be reassured a chauffeur would arrive on time, with the exact limousine of my choice. There were a few companies with a decent fleet, some of which had contracts that were unable to guarantee they would arrive with the car of my choice. Nevertheless, I selected Elite Limousine Service on the basis of your old fashioned approach along with a little trust and high level of confidence you would arrive with the limousine I chose. You not only fulfilled my expectations but exceeded them; my 5 hour reservation turned into 9 with overtime, the chauffeur was alert and accommodating until the end. He also watched all our personal items we left in the limo during the ceremony. I was so impressed with his service. He also managed to remain professional and kindly turn down my single maid of honor who hit on him after the reception. Way to be professional!!!!

Made a same day reservation with Elite Limo for my friend's birthday party. Our driver was Edvin and he provided great service. Not only did he make sure our limo was constantly stocked with beverages and ice, but he also talked to the club doorman for us and managed to get us into a pretty exclusive place without a reservation! I was also really impressed with the rate we got, especially for a last minute limo reservation. The limo was in excellent shape as well. I fully recommend Elite Limo!
